Audience Feedback on : DIGI-PACK
Alongside our music video, we also made a digi-pack, made up of a album with 4 panels (front, two inside panels,
and a back), and also, a advertisment for our single/artist.
After creating it, we decided, like we did with our music video, that, we could gather some audience feedback.
We wanted to do this, to not only find out if our digi-pack looks proffesional and convincing, but if it fits together well.
with the image of our artist.
We again, obtained our feedback, in two ways;
- By showing the video to fellow members of the class, and then asking them, while filming, a few questions from a questionnaire we devised.
- We also gave the questionnaire out to other people, that WEREN'T media students, to see what they also thought.
The questions in the questionnaire were as follows;
- By looking at the images, how would you describe the artist?
- Did the product look similar to any other album. And did you spot, if at all, any codes and conventions in this product.
- Was the product different to what you would normally see in a album cover/advertisement? How so?
- All in all, how easy was it to follow (Eg- Artists logo/name, track listings?)
- Were the colours used appropriately?
- Name two interesting/appealing elements featured in the digi-pack.
- Could our product be improved, or be made to be stronger?

Audience Feedback on: MUSIC VIDEO.
After completing our music video, burning it to disk, and uploading it online, we decided it would be best, to get some audience feedback.
Audience feedback for our video, is very important, as we can find out what we have done, and haven't done well, and what has worked and what hasn't. We also want to know if we have successfully reached out goal of creating a realistic music video for out artist.
We obtained out feedback in two ways;
Overall, I think we gathered some rather good feedback.
We got to find out, what the audience thought about the video and the artist. We also got some feedback some of the things we could have done.
Things we found out;
I think gathering feedback was very useful, at finding out what the audience liked, and didn't like. We got to find out, what the audience thought about the video and the artist. We also got some feedback some of the things we could have done, which was all very good to take in, and hopefully learn from!

- In one word, how would you describe this video?
- Did the product look like a typical music video? Did you spot any codes and conventions in this video?
- Was the product different to what you would normally see? If so, how?
- Was the use of split images easy enough to follow?
- Was the pace of the video appropriate?
- Name two interesting/appealing elements featured in this video.
- Could our product be improved or made to be stronger?

We got to find out, what the audience thought about the video and the artist. We also got some feedback some of the things we could have done.
Things we found out;
- That the audience would have enjoyed some more shots of the couple.
- That there could have maybe been more outside shots.
- That the use of split screen was easy to follow and understand (this was a good piece of feedback as we thought it might have been a bit confusing, which in the end, wasn't the case at all).
- We learnt that our artist, D=MC2, was portrayed in the way we wanted him to be, and the viewers also understood what the narrative of the video was about!
- That the pace of the video and the shots, were perfect for the beat of the song.
- We also learnt that the chorus parts (where Darren and Amber are in front of the green screen, along side lots of bright colors and different transitions), was one of the most popular part.

Towards the end of editing..
We have come along way, from initially filming out footage, and have now come to a stage where we have almost completed our video.
Things such as the actually footage being put together (from start, middle, to end), are now in place, and edited correctly.
The only things we can do now, is maybe play around with the brightness of some of our clips, and possibly the saturation.
We have completed all our green screen work also, and have chromo key'd it all correctly, and placed the clips where they should be (where the chorus is).
The only thing we need to do now, is like I said, play around with some more editing to fine tune the video, and we also,
have to sync up some of the singing shots, as they are slighting off on timing.

Screenshots of Editing
Below, are screenshots showing our editing progress so far. We have roughly 75% of the video edited, with the majority of green screen edited. We plan to have completed the full video by the 20th of December.
We will be publishing screenshots from start to end of how we performed certain tasks which were crucial for our video to look as professional as possible.
