This assessment is required under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and the Manual Handling Regulations 1992
A. WORKPLACE TYPE i.e. where will activity take place?: In Laura’s house.
B. WORK ACTIVITY IN THIS AREA i.e. what will you be doing? : We will be recording the on location shots, the story within the music video that is required.
C. PERSONNEL INVOLVED i.e. who will be involved in the activity?: The 2 actors will be involved, along with the two behind the whole project.  Do any of you have physical, mental or behavioural problems that need to be considered? Nope.
E. HAZARD IDENTIFICATION (what do you need to be careful about?): Tripping over wires, space for efficient movement.			F. CONTROL MEASURES IN PLACE (what can you do to minimise the risks identified in E.?): Organisation and be cautious.
Specialist Equipment  - do you have any specialist equipment with you and what will you do to ensure you use it safely and protect it? We will be using Video Cameras. We will set them up accordingly and this will be double checked by each person to ensure it is set up safely and properly.
